if you're feeling sick or have like a fever
the best result i always do is i like, take a few pills, get under a blanket, and when you're warmish enough, your fever breaks and you sweat a little.
if its like diahrhea[sp?] or umm vomiting, then I suggest eating stuff that doesn't have dairy products [pizza, cheese, ect.] otherwise it'll just shoot out.. as yeah.
if you're vomiting however, make sure to drink/eat some apple stuff. apple stuff always calms my system for some odd reason, and once i usually eat it i dont throw up again.

to actually improve it ... injections amnd getting ill more... lol...
I dont think you can improve it.. because you can be naturally immune to things. If youre the type of person that is ill often, then you can't completely change your immune system and make it stronger.
I think you can take certain pills, that help to improve it, also eating lots of proteins helps with the growth and repair of your body.
Hope this answers your question ;)

Well useing it more helps, aka dont go straight for a load of medication every time u get a tiny little headace etc, let your body sort it out on its own, useing the immune system insted of a load of preformed drugs, the more your body has to fight of infection etc itself, the better it will do it, relaced more antibodys etc etc "/
People tend to over use medicaltion these days, and it doesnt realy do any good in the long run "/

Take vitamin C tablets. I've had about 4 colds in 2 months so I'm taking one of these every day now to try and prevent it.
