The person that was supposed to be making one went and use it for his own site and if I use it now he can get my site closed.

I will pay 1 rare if you can do it by tomorrow.

i can do a quick bit of coding, if you just want layers over the top, all you needs a div layer etc.

The divs over images arent realy proper layouts :/ imho.
