range you have the fletching lvl for it make a few iron arrows and get it up :) to low and mage as well

em you could either make your own mind runes or buy chaos...

Or if u get 67 agil go agil dungeon and use wind strike on that level 70 druid
you hit 12s on him with wind strike so its pretty good cheep xp
