Hello, I am having trouble with my SSL. This is what I have done so far.

I first brought rapid SSL from namecheap.com. Once I had brought it, I recieved a email from RapidSSL.


A Namecheap RapidSSL/ RapidSSL Wildcard order has been initiated and it requires
you to review and complete the order. Please go to the following URL to
complete the order:

I then put all the details in and got the certificate off Cpanel. I then got a email saying :


Thank you for your Namecheap RapidSSL/ RapidSSL Wildcard order. An email will be
sent to the designated approver with instructions on how to approve your
certificate request for r-ob.com.

*Certificate Replacement Policy*

It's very important that you backup your private keys and remember your
passphrase. Your certificate will not work without your private key. If your
key is lost or corrupted you will be required to purchase a *new* certificate.

I still have not recieved a email. I have contacted them.

I just want to know, what should I get in the email? Like a script or something to upload onto my hosting?
