Without even reviewing infractions.

Because as posted in the report infraction thread, the email one was not personal info, and the person in avatar was a famous singer, so I wasn't exposing myself.

And I thought a caution came before a ban? Maybe you should explain your ban proccess more clearly than just randomly banning users.

Firstly; Infractions should be reviewed and by your attitude in this post your ban was more then likely deserved.
Secondly; no where does it say caution becomes before a ban? You ban when a ban is needed and caution when a caution is needed. It will all depends on the seriousness of your rule breaking.

It sounds about right that you were banned, for the activity of your infractions. But you've explained that they weren't deserved.

I suggest you PM admin / management and let them know, see what they do. Explain what happened etc.

Nobody has to PM you to warn you, you shouldn't be breaking the rules in the first place.

He probley broke severel other rules. He wouldn't be banned for this.

I have just reversed the Avatar infraction for your information but as you said you have already sent a pm to ---Mad--- about the ban.

Yeah catzsy and ostinato looked into your infractions as well as I did and we saw that you had several serious rule breaking infractions in a row in a short period of time as well. The ban is only temperary anyway, so you should be getting your account back within 7 days or whatever it says on your ban lift date :p.
