Why would you want to post a reputation comment? :s.. Its its against the forum rules (such as offending or has swearing) then its not allowed anyway.

Because if your posting a negative rep from someone it coudl lead to arguments between you and that person, or cause other people (your friends etc.) to gang up against them and harras them.

I think if its possitive, theres nothing to discuss lol :s. If there is you can PM the person and thank them etc. The world doesnt need to know :o.

Yeah, some people post positives and I believe they got infractioned

Well the rule stands for any reputation comments at the moment whether negative or positive and personally I thinks that's fine because it is a personal and not a public comment.
