I agree with you on the new public rooms but they would say somthing before and not just do this where we can't do anything except sit on the hotel veiw.

They sorted the glitches in Public rooms but still there is no queuing system for rooftop.

The hotel doesn't need to be taken down to add a room/take away a room/change a room's 'style'

I made a theory on my news report on Habbox.com (A) Im thinking it was right, but now that its fixed i doubt it matters. Couldve just been the bots database messed up or something.

Well, no it's not with adding new Public Rooms..
In our NL Hotel we only had this glitch with 2 rooms, WelcomeLounge (Our Harry didn't move also) and Lido 2 (The second part of the Lido).
But now it's al fixed
