A32. Anyone with a Habbo Account is allowed a name change - If you have a Habbo account, you have the right to make a new account that matches with habbo name or have your forum account name changed to match your Habbo name. If somebody else already has a forum account with that name (even if its a VIP member), that person has to change it to something else so that the name becomes available for the person who owns the habbo.

I am pretty sure there was an announcement saying that your forum name no longer has to be the same as your Habbo name, so why is this rule here? The bit in red is abit unfair.

Even though members don't have to use the same name as their Habbo name, anybody who WANTS to do this, has the right to do so. This is very useful when you want people from Habbo to recognise you for example.
