I think you need more "Or" options, why not do a weekly dieting plan instead of a daily one? :)

i suppose you could loose weight it depends really on if you have sugar on your porridge and fine details like that but you should be careful when dieting as it can cause long term problems if you dont have the right balance. also go to your local GP to get them to help you make a dieting plan it will be alot safer

How long is "Over time"? Cause when starting a diet I think you need to make sure you look at the food pyramid your body will start to need the nutrients. But Yeah that'll probs help you loose weight maybe more exersize though.

I've told you twice before.
By having a set list of meals and eating the same things day-in day-out isn't going to benefit you at all. Fair enough your getting a good amount of vitamins and minerals, but your taking in the exact same stuff every day and your body needs a good balance.
It's not just about what you eat, you need to have the balance between a healthy, full diet and a good exercise regime.
Right.. YOU need about 2000 calories a day.
People think, oh if i have 1000, ill loose weight and it'll be great - answer is no, you'll end up loosing muscle, and being ill.
It should be more like this.. (similar)
Breakfast - Cereal and toast and yoghurt & fruit
Lunch - Tuna pasta salad / Tuna Roll / Jacket potatoes with tuna any of that with a fruit (something they have at my school, try to have something healthy that they do at your school)
Dinner - Whatever is cooked, try and make it healthy, remember dinner is smallest meal, and breakfast the largest.
Snack healthily in between, and be sure to burn calories of by being active!
Also, drink alot of water - 8 cups a day.
DONT MAKE THE COMMON MISTAKE OF EATING LESS, YOU NEED A BALANCED DIET

My breakfast varies. I Wont have porridge, It'll be like an egg, or toast or all bran cereal. My lunch is always water coz im at school and the line is massive and i dnt like sandwiches =] At home, Ill drink lots of water AND probs eat iuno
Dinner, W/E ma dad makes. I Would also excercise losing 100 calories at home and 200 calories at school. And also do 6 second abs. I Aint eating the same stuff everyday.

eating less does work though. if you exercise and eat less than 1000 calories a day you'll be losing weight in no time. drink loads of diet coke, cause it's more 'exciting' than water and fills you up.

You say that but to be fair some people have just grown up eating less than 2000 calories so eating that much will make them gain weight or they'll just not be able to eat that much.
