OK, I need help, not even sure if it's possible.

How can I make it so when adding news to a certain category it shows the template for add news as:



Category: EVENTS

TITLE: TITLE HERE
Who:
What:
Where:
When:
Description:

Like with input boxes next to them?

If you go to modify template you will find it says stuff like

{ full story }

so i'd imagine something like:

Category: EVENTS

TITLE: { title }
Who: { reporter }
etc
