Interesting, should set up an ajax grid so people can walk around it maybe? plus u the bottom image on the room repetes for me, which looks dodgy.
With a nice bit of js you could get a very nice, interactive and orignal site thar

Im not saying its bad i like it
but it want his idea bobbanets is like the same
i tihnk it should be done in flash so it doesnt have to load each content box

The concept of the idea has already is already in use, uniqueness is key. Also the coding is simply appealing, for this such of concept FLASH is recommended for the greater quality results.
