i emailed habbo using hallohelptool about not being able to logon as it says not available in this country and they reply with this garbage

Hi Habbo,We are not sure what is causing your check in problem, but this email sets outsome of the problems you may have experienced and how to fix them. Please scrolldown to the part relevant to you. This is a very long email, but it's reallyimportant to read right to the end.If you still have problems after trying these steps, please reply to this email.Firstly, we suggest you delete your temporary Internet files. You can do this byfollowing the instructions below:1. Close all open browser windows (a browser is what you use to look at theInternet, eg Explorer), except for one.2. Go to the Tools menu, and click Internet Options3. Click 'Delete Files...', then tick 'delete all offline content', and press OK4. Now try loading Habbo Hotel again.OTHER COMMON REASONS FOR PROBLEMSThere are a number of reasons why Habbo Hotel may not work for you.? The hotel may also be full, in which case we advise you to wait a few minutesthen try to enter again.? You might be banned. If you see a message popping up saying you have beendenied access. In this case, wait two hours, then retry. If you still can't getin, email us using the Habbo Help Tool (choose 'Why have I been banned?'): http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/help/contact_us.html (javascript:ol('http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/help/contact_us.html');)? Your computer may be out of memory. Try restarting your computer. Also, makesure you don't have too many other browser windows/programs open when you try touse Habbo Hotel.? Also, if you think you may be behind a firewall, make sure you talk to youradministrator about having specific ports opened on it, so that you may useHabbo Hotel.? Caching: your ISP may be keeping an old copy of our site on its servers, thereisn't much we can do about this, but it will usually update in a few hours.? Disconnected: you keep getting the 'Disconnected! Please reload Habbo Hotel'pop up. If this happens it means the connection between your computer and HabboHotel has broken. Sometimes you will still be able to speak and move about, but some parts of the hotel - like your Navigator or Console - mightnot work. Try reloading the hotel (Ctrl-R or F5). Since this problem is causedby the connection from your ISP (who you connect to the Internet through, e.g. AOL, Freeserve etc) to the Internet breaking, it may due to highInternet traffic and so just trying later might help. If you use a very popularISP that has lots of users and gets very busy, you may get disconnected more often. It may even be worth switching to a different ISP.Finally, if your Friends List is really, really long it might be a good idea toremove some of the people you don't talk to anymore.? Script errors: you get pop ups saying 'script error' or 'this file is not adirector file' etc. This sometimes happens if we have added new things to thehotel, like new bits of furni in the Catalogue. This should solve the problem -close all Internet Explorer (IE) windows. Open a new IE window. Choose 'InternetOptions' in the 'Tools' menu on the top menu bar. Choose 'Temporary InternetFiles' in the window that opens. Click on the button labeled 'Delete Files...'. Click on 'OK' to empty the locally cached files.Close the IE window. When you go into the hotel next it will take a bit longerto load, but the script errors should not occur.? Black screen: you click on 'Check in' and all you get is a black screen. Mostlikely there is a problem with your Shockwave download. The best thing to do isgo to the Habbo Hotel home page and download it again. Then install it.? Security risk pop up: a scary looking pop up appears warning of a securityrisk. This is a normal security pop up from Shockwave. To stop it appearingagain, just tick the third box and 'OK'.? Never connect: you type in your Habbo name and password and it just keepssaying 'connecting', until you eventually get the 'disconnected' pop up. Mostlikely the hotel is full up, so wait a while and try again. The hotel gets busiest after school and at the weekends. However, if you got a pop up thelast time you came to the hotel saying that you'd been refused permission, yourHabbo is banned and that is why you can't get in. Or is someone else who uses the same computer has been banned permanently, they mayhave got the computer banned too. If you think this is the case, please askeveryone who uses the computer what their Habbo names are and email them to us so we can check.? Out of memory alert: when loading Habbo Hotel, or afterwards, you may get analert saying 'Out of memory even after purging all cast members ..'. Habbo Hotelhas loads of graphics that consume your computer memory (RAM) and the alert means that there is not enough free memory for Habbo to work. Inmany cases, the following tricks help:? Close your browser and other applications (such as word processor, spreadsheet, mp3-player). Now open your browser and try Habbo Hotel again.? Restart the computer. Often, when your computer has been in use for longperiods, its memory gets full.Thanks,-- Player SupportHabbo UKhttp://www.habbo.co.uk (javascript:ol('http://www.habbo.co.uk');)Sulake UK Ltd, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH, UK
