Yes like others said that is lag when changing or editing your look.

Yea, i second what people have said. It's when there is lag when people change they're look, i've had people go completely white.

Also, if your using FF, i've heard that they glow when they change to, so this could be that if your using FF.

Anyway, its pretty old.
