I have got abs but you can not see them because i have a "layer" of fat on my stomach. I can feel my abs but only see my top one because there isn't any "fat" there http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/3067/theseokakm9.png (http://imageshack.us) like in that picture. Any ideas on how to reduce the "fat"? I do sports 2 times a week now as i just started football training again and i play racquetball every monday. p.s i use the word "fat" lightly as it isn't really "fat" just a layer of skin that is there. (i am actually fairly skinny) + rep for anyone who helps ;)
I have good abs, and they are visible.
You understand that you could have the best toned abs, but not be able to see them due to the layer of fat covering it.
Well to loose it you need to burn it off, lots of exercise, don't eat foods which are high in fat, eat lots of protein, go easy. Yes, you are meant to have fat, im not saying don't eat, but don't eat chocolates and sweets etc..
Not doing this and exercise results in you loosing it.
It will take time though.
