Stupid habbo home security worry

I have noticed the habbo home tells anybdy when you joined habbo :S you are able to disable this but surely it should be disabled to start and then if you want to show it its your decision. this info is quite important in getting your account back if it has been stolen they can also now see your email if they got on your account. Habbo say without the proper date of birth they cant help you but i know for a fact they do if you pester them enough.

When changing your email or password it asks for the day your habbo was created on when it should ask for your date of birth :s it does need your date of birth so they have made a mistake.

Why so many simple errors?

Exactly. I thought WTH at first but I soon realised the dates were when I joined.

The date on the Habbo Home is the date you joined habbo, to change your password and email, you need your date of birth, not your habbos.

So, i don't think this will be a problem at all.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut on the Habbo Help Tool it asks you for an approximate date of account creation.

And believe it or not, that glitch is there with the changing password thing.

It says Date Account was created, so I put it in. "Error, the DOB you gave was wrong" So i tried my DOB and it worked :-o

i think habbo have made it show the day you joined to try and get habbos to send each other presents on that "birthday", instead of their real birthday. because when people go round at the moment saying its their birthday everyone knows your date of birth!

Its the day on which your Habbo account was created, therefore its your "Habbo Birthday" which is clearly shown on the Habbo Home page. This wont help hackers in any way, it just tells them you've been on then.. And Tub is right, everyone on Habbo goes "Its my birthday today/in a few weeks!", me as one of them, if they get hacked they kinda dug a hole for themselves and pushed themselves in it.. amazingly.

that cant be right, habbo are always checking to make sure accounts arent easily gainable, are u sure thats vital?
