If you didnt know already i make cartoons on flash and i know how to convert them into mobile video format [.3gp] and basically i was wondering if anyone wanted to make a kind of mobile tv channel.

It will be free video downloads but short cartoons say one or two minutes [happy tree friends length]. People could then submit there videos they have made [much like newgrounds] and we choose the best and they get put on the mobile site to download.

Do you mean as in downloading to the phone via pc as proxie or downloading via wap directly to phones, which i have a small amount exsperance in, but have never done anything particaly major.

The problem though with people submiting there own video conetnt, is you then draw your self in to competeing with things like google video, which can offer many 1000s of hours of video for mobile phones via this method, and is already a very established brand and site "/

I think this market of small-screen based media sites is going to explode.

I think you should amke it into more of a portal, and not just videos, i'd love to help a bit, when the basics are laid out.

As far as im aware its pretty much the same as any normal download to a browser "/
