any tips on how i can avoid getting it? It sounds painful

E Coli Is Cause By Eating unclean Eggs, Or Undercooked Meat. It Is A Bacteria In Undercooked Food.
Tips On How To Stay Clean:
Cook Your Food Throughly.
Make Sure You wash Your Hands Before AND After Touching Raw Food.
Stay Away From People Who have It.
