Why do you think? They didnt want to miss the deadline completely for UK V11 as it'd probably be installed the wednesday after as if your hotel was going to be offline on just one of the peak days such as Friday/Saturday/Sunday is BAD news, so thats why they rushed it, just so all the weekend the amount of users would increase quite a bit, which i have noticed. But then, they've paid the price for that one.
