This is really bizare, but it works

Just before you go to sleep at night, if you bang your head on the pillow for example 8 times, you'll wake up at 8 in the morning-You also need to say to yourself a few times 'I want to wake up at 8 oclock'

I didn't believe it, but I tried it last night and woke up at exactly 8 oclock this morning

I'll never have to use an alarm clock again:P

Well if you think about it, it isn't really that complex. Before sleep you 'remind' yourself to do something - just like writing something on a post-it note but ofcourse your brain is more complex so is more likely to do so. And during your sleep although you have lots of movement you still remember it.

Anyway I may try this for tomorrow.

The telling yourself to wake up at a certain time has worked for me, i have a clock right infont of my bed for that might have something to do with it... might see the clock while sleeping :o

i've found that it works without the banging . you just tell your brain to wake up at a certain time &that usually does it for me hahah .
