Hey,
No offence but i think you need to hire more VIP Managers, Because 4 days ago i renwed my VIP using SMS and now my VIP's ran out and i haven't recieved the other VIP i purchased 4 days ago. I have tried contacting the VIP Managers and yet no-one has Replied!
So perhaps hiring more VIP Managers so people can actually get there VIP rather than waiting ages for it because it's just appalling.. Sorry but has to be said.

Well i posted my problem 4 days ago about not getting my VIP bit no-one has yet replied to my problem and to be honest i've wasted money on something which i haven't recieved.. I still have the text aswell that i sent so they can't say i've not paid.
It does say when you buy VIP you need to PM one of the VIP managers...
I also very much doubt one of them never replied. Both are fast and one lives in US so everything is done very quickly.

Erm, call your company and ask them if it went through. As when i tryed re-newing my VIP on an old account with SMS it never went through, so i was wondering why mines never got added? Becuase my dad cut off my phone because i ran up big bills :rolleyes_
check with your company, there will be a reason mate.

Both the VIP managers are great ;). One is in the USA time zone and one is in the GMT time zone so it shouldnt be too long of a wait :).
Be patient is all I can suggest.

If I'm not wrong you already contacted me about this via PM? And I know I check the emails every day though rarely there is a problem where we have to take additional steps. That's pretty rare though as I said, or it might happen when there's a temporary issue though.

The VIP managers are great. It's easy for people to sit and say they arn't doing there job well or new ones need to be hired - but you don't understand the vast amount of work they have to get through, sorting everyones VIP, changing their profiles etc. etc.
The boys do a great job. :)
