wow. did you do this yourself? You have to put shading on the steps, make the concrete slab look a bit more realistic, the light grey think doesn't look very real either. Add some more things on the roofs and maybe another helipad?

Colours are disgusting for the hotel.
The two windows are copied and pasted, and they don't look right because they are meant to be on the side of a building.
The windows you did by yourself are not very good.
It's extremely basic, all you've odne is use the line tool and not took much consideration into shading.
