vBulletin; I Need Help.

For my new site I would like to use vBulletin for the forum.
I went on http://www.vbulletin.com to see how I get my hands on it :p
Then I pressed Pricing & Ordering and for one download it costs $85.
Iam happy to pay for the forum but not $85 :(
Is there anyway of buying it of a Hosting company for less? As they may have bought in bulk?

Currently It is illegal to get free hosts or a cheaper version of vBulletin. Sorry. You won't be able to get cheaper.
