Xbox Help

Dont know if this is the right section or not. Ah well, my xbox (Crystal) does now, not eject the disc. It just sounds like it trys but doesnt. If put a pin down the hole and still wont eject. Should i send it into Microsoft or should i just save up and get a 360?
