Journey

[Sentrax]

This is a short poem I wrote a couple of years back, I found it in my old notebook, where I used to draw wrestlers I had made up!
I remember writing it on Christmas eve when I got back from the pantomime.
Enjoy.

On this excursion
We will rationalize a dream
With those who are powerless
Whose light does not gleam

On this great journey
We will trek darkened parts
For one glorious purpose
To surrender our hearts

When all has been said
And all has been done
The wonderous journey
Has yet begun
