My ears are really strange when it comes to me listning to music.

I listen to Hardcore quit alot and when I listen to it loud, it doesn't hurt my ears or give me a headache. When I listen to it about one quarter of full volume (basiclly nearly quiet. I'll do a diagram to explain lol), it aches my head a little at the back and I have to stop listning to it.

Maybe because you'be been listening to loud music and your ears have been adjusted to it.
If it continues see a doctor.

Might be because of outside influence. If you have it on low volume, you might be actually trying to concentrate on it too hard or block out background noise in your head, which might actually be giving you headaches.

If your ears hurt then its obviously not doing any good for you. I'd see a Doctor about it to be honest & see what they say. I listen to loud music & I have no problem with my ears.

I'd recommend keeping it at full volume at all times for maximum listneing experience. :]

Can't listen to it loud at work because other people can hear it. I was listning to it quiet today and a had a little ache in my head for about 5 mins then kinda went. I'll ask my mum when she's back from her holiday to get me an appointment.

Cheers for help.
