Out of past experiance, I'm gonna give litle hint, the images, when u go over them you see this 'snowscreen' as we call it.

Well, instead of just that screen, make it transparrant so the snowscreen flows over the image. Gives effect like image on tv, while tv is broken.

Get what im trying to tell you?
