Did you register your Habbo with an ****.com address?
If so, you will have difficulty receiving help through the Habbo Help Tool and won’t receive new passwords when you ask for them or requests to verify your email address.

It’s very important that email from Habbo gets through to you, so that you can receive help when you need it and get a new password sent to you should you forget your own. One solution we suggest is to sign up for a free email service and use this new email address for your Habbo. There are hundreds of free services to choose from and you can browse a handy list by clicking here (http://www.emailaddresses.com/email_web.htm).
Once you have your new email address, you can register your account to it by either clicking on the ‘Update my Habbo ID’ link whilst in the Hotel, or by signing in at the top of the Habbo homepage and clicking on ‘Edit your settings’ and then ‘My email’. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to receive responses from the Habbo Help Tool again. It’s as simple as that!
