Very simple. It does not look very christmasy. Maby add some christmas tree's to the backround and foreground. Btw, dont have the snow flakes all in a line, mix them up a bit. Make it look more like they are falling.

I'm planning on putting a JS script on there which makes snowflakes fall so ;).

Having an animated background is a no-no, especially for dial-up users :P.
