It has relativity decent content, however there is no layout nor design, also I have nothing against Piczo however when you use the automated web-site builder that is when your received extremely bad criticism.

To improve may I recommend the following guide which covers most of the key factors required for improvement.

i like it blue. So does everyone else on my MSN. Especially my old radio manager who simply begged to be welcomed back on to the team as soon as she saw that layout :)
