my mum doesn't want me to get them cos i've dyed my hair like 4589739458734 times, and apparantly my hair won't be strong enough and i'll go bald :|
could i actually go bald? and are they like a strain on your hair??

Hair extentions will damage, or worse, make you go bald, your hair if done incorrectly and if you don't take care of it. That's just common sense. I'm not an expert on hair extentions so why don't you research more about it? Go to your hair salon. Google is also your friend.

Well whatever you do make sure you get hair extensions of the same colour cos this girl in my school has dyed her hair black and got blue hair extensions and boy do they look good awful.
