hugotonhosting provide absolute crap services.

I had a reseller with them for about 5 months and 4 months of it was extremely slow server speeds.

They probably bought Nicks server or w/e so they could improve their service.

Because before they were hosting gameservers/resellers/shoutcasts/shared hosting all on one dedi i think.

However im not 100% sure.
