Well, the colleges and schools would allow them to go to school like that because thats what they want to dress. Its being different, as lots of people said. If colleges didn't let them, it would be discriminate, because why let people who wear jeans go to school in jeans? Everyone can wear what they want. If you have a problem with a goth or emo sitting next to you, you should ask a teacher to move classes xD

How would u like if it college said that no chavs or townies were allowed because of the way they dressed, tbh colleges like unique people and people arnt are afaird to be different as this makes their work more interesting than having people with all the same style of clothes music and hobbies
