How do you get them things in the iframe?!?! Like

all you actaly need is
<iframe src="PAGE.HTM" name="main" width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0" ></iframe>

(the 100% will just make it fill out to the size of a tabe if you place it in one. Frameborder="0" just gets rid of the outline around it.

And the name, is what you target to chnage its content

eg link

<a href="bla.htm" target="main">Bla </a>

It comes up "Page not found" on the middle.

ah i forgot to mention

PAGE.HTM

should be the url of the page you wnat to but in the ifraim by defult :D


URL in this exsample is where you should put the pages url

you need main.htm or whatever extention it is.
