95 would take 3-4 weeks on stronghold of security monsters

99 would take 1-2months at pest control

Member's is way easier. You can also try to train on lessers in F2P? Good XP. Or do the security monsters like ricky said.

security spiders are fastest xp in f2p they are 60-80k and hour xp got me from 90-93 strength f2p

depends how much u play shud take 1-2 weeks then if u pest control from 93-99 takes like 1-2months

Train for a day constantly and calc the exp u get. then work out howmuch exp u need for 99 or 95 and u have your answer...
