You need to be VIP to be able to do that.

The "junior member" thing is a rank. When you post, your rank goes higher and higher.

If your a VIP, your rank is replace with your user title :).

when you post it goes up in stages, there is a list of post ranks in this forum.

when you buy vip you can change it by going to User CP -> Edit Profile and then you can put your own in. if you want a HTML usertitle you request it in the VIP only forum.
