I need someone who i can work closely with, to tell you my idea's and exactly what I want. I need an original unique skin & layout which myself and my company/site will souly host and own.
I'm need a first class designer who can design amazing skins and layouts, i'll pay extremely well on habbo UK.
I'd need an opening page, with the choice of "Home" or "Forum" then obviously my layout and then the skin.
I don't expect a guy who dab hands in layouts and stuff, i'm talking about real good designs. like oliver pauwells etc?
