The Noobs Guide To Dragon Slaying


Firstly :

Think About What Dragon You Want To Kill, This Can Be Either

Green [ Level 79 ]
Baby Blue [ Level 48 ]
Blue [ Level 111 ]
Baby Red [ Level 65 ]
Bronze* [ Level 131 ]
Red* [ Level 152 ]
Baby Black [ Level 83 ]
Iron* [ Level 189 ]
Black* [ Level 227 ]
Steel* [ Level 246 ]
King Black** [ Level 276 ]

[ * Not Advised For Lower Levels ]
[ ** Not Advised Without A Team ]


Next:

Think About Your Method, Will You;


Range [ 50 Is Advised ]:

Ok, So Your Gonna Range? Well Firstly You Need Some DragonHide
Lets Go For;
Blue If Your 50 - 59.
Red If Your 60 - 69
Black If Your 70 +

Then We Need To Get Some Arrows [ Or A Crystal Bow For 70+ ]
A Magic Shortbow And Iron, Steel Or Mith Arrows. [ Rune For Kbd ]
Next To Your Dragons Location*
Then Range Away, Pick Up Bones + Bury [ Dont If Pure ] And Hides.


My Reccomended Are:

Green Drags If 50 + And Confident In The Wilderness
Blue Drags If 60 +
And Black If 70 +

[ * Featured Below ]


Mage:

Not Really Advised But You Will Need To Get;

Some Good Mage Robes [ Mystic ]
A Staff Of Elements [ Depending On The Spell ]
An Anti Dragonfire Sheild [ !!! This Is Crucial !!! ]
Some Runes - Of Course

The Methods Can Be;

Slayer Dart

[ 55 Slayer Required ] So Buy Some Minds + A Slayer Staff.


Ancients

[ VERY Expensive I Do NOT Reccomend it ]


Get Some Deaths, Waters & Chaos + An Ancient Staff.


Blasts

[ Expensive But Effective ] Buy Some Deaths.



Bolts

[ Cheaper Than Blasts But Less Effective ] So Get


Some Chaos.

Strikes

[ Very Cheap But Very Innafective ] Get Some Minds.




I Recommend:

Blue Dragon In Hero's Guild, Safe Spots And Use Blasts / Bolts Or Slayer Dart If Possible




Melle:

The Cheapest Method, But Also The Most Dangerous;

You Will Need;
Armour [ Dragonhide Reccomended ]
A Strength Amulet
A Good Wepon [ 60+ Attack Reccomended ]
Food
AntiDragonfire Sheild [ + Pots If KBD' ]

The Methods;


Hallying*:

Get A Dragon/Rune Halberd And Go Own [ AntiDragonfire Sheild Not Needed, Pots Reccomended ]


Normal Attacking:

Get A Good Wepon [ D Skimmy ] And AntiFire Sheild


Barrows**

Guthans OR Dharoks** [ Very Expensive High Risk Way Of Slaying ]






[* Most Effective On CAGED Dragons Or Safe Spots ]
[ ** NOT RECCOMENDED!! ]

King Black:

King Black Dragon Lair [ Down the Ladder Guarded By Lesser
Demons ] Just West Of The Lava Maze In The Wilderness.


Steel:

Brimhaven Dungeon On Karamja [ 30GP Boat From Ardagourne ]


Black:

End Of The Dungeon South Of Taverly





Wilderness [ Under The Lava Maze ]
Evil Chicken Lair On Zanaris


Iron:

Brimhaven Dungeon On Karamja [ 30GP Boat From Ardagourne ]


Red:


Brimhaven Dungeon On Karamja [ 30GP Boat From Ardagourne ]
Red Dragon Isle In The Wilderness


Bronze:

Brimhaven Dungeon On Karamja [ 30GP Boat From Ardagourne ]


Blue:

Dungeon South Of Taverly
Heros Guild
Gutanoth' Ogre City


Baby Black:

Evil Chicken Lair On Zanaris


Green:

Dotted All Over The Wilderness
- Far East Level 20 - 25
- Far West Level 15
- Near The Lava Maze Level 38
- Level 25


Baby Red:
Brimhaven Dungeon On Karamja [ 30GP Boat From Ardagourne ]

Baby Blue:

Dungeon South Of Taverly

Green Dragons can still hit 46+'s though Black Dragonhide...You really need an Anti-Fire Sheild or Anti-Firebreath pots.

Dragonhide does HELP stop you from getting hit high on, but it's not a good source of protection.

You need Dragonfire sheild or pots if you're not going to use range spots, which I believe there isn't any in the wildy. Also, if you havn't done Hero's or many other quests you can't really Range many dragons with safe spots.

No need to get offensive now. Also quit with the shift key abuse ? It gets annoying.

Nice guide but if you're going to align things either align them all to the left or all central otherwise it ends up looking messy.
