V12 Main updates (with images)

We start this update with a new addition to the HabboHome extras!
The guestbook! http://www.habbo.fi/home/!!!Liam!!! (http://www.habbo.fi/home/!!!Liam) to view it ("Vieraskirja")

A new Habbo bank system has been added, allowing users to purchase coins as items, they are then able to trade these coins/spend the coins or just simply use as decoration.

Along with many new editions to the 'Habbo Club' furniture selection, we also have a new furniture loading feature, as shown below:

For a main updates section, it's missing vital information. What are those funny things in the pictures? That's main updates. Anything that was mentioned on the Finnish homepage is main.
