Also erm.. open up notepad or summit more technical like dreamweaver then start coding it :)
Make most of the images a background image then start adding text :)
Easiest way in my opion to start off :)

well in your sig you said that you know html so why can't you code it..
Iframes are part of html didn't you learn them?

tis easy to code a layout in fireworks although it is not that acurate, normally u get a crap 1px border so it looks like a button!
