A very rude member of staff

He seems to be being very rude to his staff members and its meant to be a helpdesk of all places :s
The workers work in the helpdesk out of their spare time and look how he treats them :(
What do you think about this?

Well from the screenshot, I'd say you'd only just come in. You also cannot see what Kookeh said. Knowing Hecktix, it was very likely that he was simply having a laugh, and was making a joking comment. Best bet is to ask Kookeh if they were having a laugh or whether it was serious. :)

I may say harsh things to staff... but staff know I mean it in light hearted ways. If they didn't they'd rebel.. ok some have.. not my fault is it. But 2 members of staff isn't actually that many compared to the amount of staff HxHD actually has.

From what I have seen, and from what I have been told; HxHD has been running smoother under Hecktix's management than it has in a while. HxHD is almost always busy now.. whereas before I was used to seeing the room grey.
