No, Torchwood is set in 2008 and in episode 11 of Doctor Who they obv. go to 2008 and collect Jack so it is unlikely any of the Torchwood cast will appear in Doctor who.

My sis was like, the Doctor will come, and i was like no, coz that defeats the purpose of Torchwood, the idea is that Torchwood is meant to save the planet, not the Doctor. But then he came ¬¬
But I think i know why he wasn't shown, tis becoz as Torchwood a year into the future, the Doctor will have regenerated by then, guaranteed.
Therefore the next series will be David Tennant's last.
But that's just my two cents

They'll probably stop it when the ratings go down.

Captain Jack comes into doctor who at like episode 11 or something.
They've had about 5 episodes now shown.
6th next week i checked on there website thing the last epiusode is called
'the last or the time lords' im like lol, they shouldnt kill him off and end doctor who.
