I have 4 infractions and a warning

Why do i have 5 points? It says my warning is 0 points and the other infractions are one each.

Do i have like a secret infraction or something:s

You have 5 infractions, four are shown on the first page, there is an option to go onto page two, where your other infraction is noted. It looks like this: http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/938/page2ad6.png
