no they randomally choose it, i knew mine was going to be one, because today i logged on, someone was inmy room, it was colmc,
so i joked about him for a while, and when i asked why he was in my room, he said, ROTW lol

I think you need to learn what the word 'noob' means before you go around calling people it. As you can see, i'm no 'noob' to Habbo, or this forum. Sorry to disappoint.
