Depends READ YOUR APEAL A BAN\OFFENCE.

You need glasses.

To put it in a nicer way, enter your appeal a offence\ban section, at the top it would sya perm 24 hour mute etc...

If its perm 24 hour etc, try appealing KINDLY and make shure your spelling is correct. :P
