You should be able to click page 2 at the bottom of that list, and your warning is on there for posting off topic

Everyone says this... I think because it says "Latest Infractions Received" you can only see the most recent? I am not sure though :)

You can't see it from your userCP, you have to look at your profile and there will be an infraction list with a page 2.
