When does the Newsletter usually come out?
The Last date was 2/27 :D

If you go to the events page of habbo you'll see some calendars, the first one will show when the newsie will be released.
That's all.
EDIT: Do you mean the habbox or habbo newsletter? Because the title says habbox but your message says habbo. :s
