Layout?

Hi,

Im making a school Intranet/Private Area, Like www.st-thomasmore.org.uk (http://www.st-thomasmore.org.uk) - When you go on Intranet I can login with my School Details.

Could anybody create a school related free layout, It will only viewed by Kids and Teachers etc...

It doesn't have to be Sygon/Joe Comins/Ollz type layout as I would have to pay for one of those :P
