Rep Problem?

I can remember some article/sticky/FAQ somewhere that says if you have been on HxF for a year you get an extra rep block/rep power. But I have been on for a year and nothing has changed? :(

It is for every 365 days you have been registered on the forum, you registered on the 8th December 2005, so you will get your extra rep power on the 8th.
