Habbox used to have a shoutbox on the forum.

But it had WAYYYYY to much lag!

Think of the spam forum updating every sec. Thats how many messages were going through

Not really? It has changed.. we have grown.. more members = more lag.

Not too many members.. its just when you get 200 people trying to submit a message all at once.. you have some lag

Shoutbox also reduce the point of making a post on a forum since you can just say things directly to each other. Its also hard to understand each other when so many people are using the shoutbox.

Hxf doesnt install public hacks either unless they are very small and don't affect the forum much.

The forum hacks sometimes has bugs.. huge security issues.. that could give hackers access to something.. Thats one reason why I wouldn't use a public mod :)
