If you plan to host your own.

Fusion poll is pretty good.

But sympoll is by far the best imo. athogh it requires a mysql database

The fantisco ones are rubbish I would go with fusion poll.. No chmoding just upload and start adding polls :)

in cpanle just cliek teh file, and sect chaneg permitions

in an ftp, just regt click, and sect ither chmod or change permtions depedning oin the client
